My Favorite Dish at Juhu Beach Club

Last week, our dining out meetup went to Juhu Beach Club for dinner.  We tasted lots of dishes including chicken wings, french fries, shrimp, and all the pavs.  While we didn’t try everything on the menu, my favorite dish was the Manchurian Cauliflower.  It wasn’t the most beautiful, but it was definitely the most flavorful.  The menu didn’t list the ingredients, so I don’t really know what was in it and I don’t really care.  Slightly crispy, sweet and sour, I could have eaten that whole plate by myself.

  1. I love the video you created – it feels like I’m there with you! The food looks tasty and I’ve always been curious about the manchurian cauliflower; it seems like a very popular vegetable dish that I see on many recipe sites.

  2. Thanks Brenda! That’s exactly what I was going for with the video. And you’ve inspired me to look up some recipes!
