I’ve already written about Camino’s Monday 3 course prix fixe dinner, but my salad and entree were seasoned and cooked to perfection, so I just had mention it once more. This month, all of the menus are German inspired, in honor of Oktoberfest. This is a picture of my grilled duck breast and duck sausage with sauerkraut, spätzle, duck cracklings and a homemade pretzel. Sorry, it’s so dark and blurry – it smelled so good and I couldn’t concentrate. Don’t be surprised if you see me there again next Monday.
