The team will create a customized pairing like Dashe Cellars’ 2009 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel with Chop Bar’s Lamb Burger Sliders and Urbano Cellars’ 2008 Dry Creek Valley Sangiovese with Trattoria Laurellinos’ House Made Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce.
