SR24 had to close last week after opening only a year and a half ago. How can a restaurant make Oakland Magazine’s Ten Best New Restaurants and still be a “victim of the Recession?” I just hope Chef Josh Woodall, and his classic American cuisine (with a twist), stay on this side of the bay.
